Our engineers paid attention to details - so you don’t have to!  Details like performance.  As for the all-important balance, the G204TIR offers the latest in Smartmechanics technology featuring temperature-compensated weighing while isolating the mechanics in a compartment removed from the heat source.  This unique assembly offers more accurate weighing under elevated temperature conditions of the infrared heating of the sample. In addition, the two point, in-field temperature calibration provides linear temperature correlation from unit to unit, location to location. Even the keyboard with its large, easy to use keys is designed to eliminate operator confusion.  And when you consider the G204TIR’s automatic zeroing and initial weight capture capability, there won’t be any detail that the operators will need to remember.

Sophisticated, yet simple

The G204TIR’s setup is accomplished by merely selecting the appropriate routine from the menu-driven software displayed on the large backlit LCD display. Drying parameters are easily entered through the keypad either by touching the corresponding number or entering the exact value with the numeric keys.  The Develop screen conveniently illustrates all the drying parameters including units, two temperatures and end-point selection.  Up to 9 drying procedures can then be stored with meaningful alphanumeric program names, while the Recall routine allows easy selection.  The simplicity of the keyboard and the display prompts make routine operation near effortless.  Simply put, no other instrument on the market offers the G204TIR’s combination of intricate technology and ease of use.

When it comes to analytical performance, as compared to the standard oven method, you’ll be astonished with this analyser’s performance.  With the versatility to develop a truly optimised drying range of 0.1 to 99.9% moisture.

This is due to the accumulation of small details such as the universal self-adjusting power supply to regulate itself for electrical line surges frequently found in plant operation, two-point temperature calibration for linear temperature correlation from unit to unit, location to location, and the isolated, low drift balance mechanics for more accurate weighing under elevated temperature conditions.
