Yarn Package Classifier and Analysis System. To sort yarn packages in terms of diameter, length, weight and density at speeds up to 20 packages per minute. Settable tolerances allow flagging of nonconforming packages. Stores up to 99 package descriptions in on-board memory, with 10 parameters for each description. Membrane keypad with 25 x 105mm dot graphic display, digital output ports for PC connection. Stainless steel construction for adverse or wet conditions. Obtain correct lot weights for dye recipes and data to adjust winding machines.
